Why is my Fuse board / RCD not resetting?

This question comes up a lot and the honest answer is its situational. Around 80% of callouts we can fix within the hour, others may require additional work to be carried out if for a example if a cable is damaged inside a cavity or wall. Our aim is to get your power up and running ASAP.

Is there a cancellation fee / deposit ?

At ECC we don't have a cancellation fee or deposit before we attend the job. If work has been carried out to get your property up and running we will require payment as usual.

ECC covers all of Kent and the South East, we have  engineers in different parts of Kent  so we can normally get to you within the 45 mins to an hour. If we are experiencing a high volume of calls we will arrange the quickest time possible to attend.
